В статье рассматриваются вопросы гуманитарной юридической науки и ее корреляция с природными, естественными процессами. Статика системы государства и темпоральность этносоциальной системы позволяют создать теорию социогенеза государства. С целью изучения научной проблемы автор рассматривает метод крутящейся линзы и диахронистического сравнения, что позволяет понять универсальное и специфическое в этом динамическом процессе социогенеза государства, и рассмотреть систему государства в нескольких ракурсах и с различных точек функционирования как систему в пространстве. Задача – создать мост между естественными и гуманитарными науками. И этот мост – понимание социогенеза государства в стадиальном цикле.

The questions of humanitarian law science and its correlation with the natural, the physicprocesses, is considered. The statics of the state system and the temporality of the ethnosocial system make it possible to create a theory of the sociogenesis of the state. In order to examine the scientific problem, the author considers the technique of a rotating lens and a diachronic comparison. In order to consider the scientific problem, author considers the method of spinning of the lens and diachronistic comparison, where it is necessary to understand the universal and specific in this dynamic process of sociogenesis of the state, using the technique of a rotating lens and to consider the state system in several angles and points of functioning as a system in space. The task is to create a bridge between natural and humanitarian sciences. And this bridge is an understanding of the sociogenesis of the state in the stage of the cycle. Nomotic theory of the state under the influence of arm-made statistical states and dynamic natural processes.
